Check out a Toastmasters Meeting this week and find out what our club has to offer. We meet every Tuesday at 12:00PM (noon) at the Wyeth Great Valley facility.
Is there a cost?
Toastmasters International (the club sponsor) has a semi-annual fee of $27 plus a one-time only new member fee of $20. The Wyeth Toastmasters at Great Valley club has a $3 semi-annual fee.
What do I get for my fee?
For your fees to Toastmasters International, you will receive a new member kit. The New Member Kit contains a speech project booklet (Competent Communication) which contains 10 projects that will take you from novice to seasoned speaker. In addition you will receive a project booklet to help you become a better leader by participating in various club roles. The kit also includes three "Tips & Techniques" handbooks and you will receive a subscription to Toastmasters magazine. As a member you gain access to the Toastmasters International web site for discounts on Toastmaster materials, plus a lot of free goodies that will help you become the speaker/leader you've always wanted to be.
